Tenaxis AI is a product of Deepblick Digital Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in India. We operate the website tenaxis.in and related services.

What we collect and why

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address only. We use it solely to notify you when Tenaxis AI launches, and to send relevant product updates you have explicitly requested by joining the waitlist.

We do not collect:

Your name (unless you provide it voluntarily by email)
Your location or IP address for profiling purposes
Any payment or financial information
Any sensitive personal data
Any data through tracking pixels or advertising scripts

Legal basis for processing

We process your data under the following legal frameworks:

EU/EEA users — GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation):
Legal basis: Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). By submitting your email address to our waitlist, you give your explicit, freely given consent for us to contact you about Tenaxis AI. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected].

India users — DPDP Act 2023 (Digital Personal Data Protection Act):
Legal basis: Consent. We process your data on the basis of your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent as defined under the DPDP Act 2023.

All other users: By submitting your email, you consent to us contacting you about Tenaxis AI.

How long we keep your data

We retain your email address until one of the following occurs:

You request deletion by emailing [email protected]
Tenaxis AI publicly launches and we transition to standard account-based communication
We determine we will not be launching the product (in which case we will notify you and delete all data)

We do not retain data for longer than necessary.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with the following service providers who help us operate this site, under appropriate data processing agreements:

Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Data may be processed in the United States. Cloudflare is certified under appropriate international data transfer frameworks.
Email delivery provider (Resend / similar) — used to send waitlist confirmation emails. Data processed under a data processing agreement.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party advertising or analytics services on this website.

International data transfers

Deepblick Digital Pvt Ltd is based in India. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) operates globally. If you are located in the EU/EEA, your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are made under Cloudflare's Standard Contractual Clauses as approved by the European Commission.
